Question by Sweetashes: Zynga game won’t accept credit card?
Hi, I have been playing yo-ville for a while. For my birthday, my mom allowed me to buy things on yo-ville she was with when I used her credit card…she plays farmville a lot and she wanted to buy things with her credit card on farmville, but when she went to try to fill out the thing, it denined the credit card. I am just wondering why it won’t go through? It went through when we did yo-ville a couple months ago. Do we need to use a sepparate credit card for farmville? My mom is thinking she just needs to use a second credit card, I just hope we didn’t get hacked into or something that it is not working right. We have the number, but we haven’t called zynga company yet. Any suggestions? I also changed my password on the account. We tried to do it on my account, then I got a sepparate account for my mom…but it still didn’t work!

It might be something simple like your mom entered the credit card numbers or expiration date wrong. Try again on farmville later and see if it goes through. Good luck.
